27.09.26 Native wildlife Guided tour in English Who is stealing our shoes from the terrace? Who has gnawed on the trees by the river? Who has left droppings on the hiking trail? Local wild animals leave traces behind, but we rarely get to see them up close in nature. In the museum, however, this is possible because all the animals stand still. This gives us time to examine the beaver's scaly tail, the red fox's sharp teeth, the ibex's horns, and the soft feathers of the tawny owl. In the process, we learn about the abilities of these animals and memorize their tracks. With this new knowledge, we become nature detectives in our free time as well.
