The HealthTech Week is an intensive, hands-on summer program organized by ETH Zurich in collaboration with members of UZH, HSG and ZHAW. Interdisciplinary teams from Life Sciences & Medicine, Engineering, and Business/Economics work together to build prototypes, test their ideas with users, and pitch to a jury of investors, clinicians, and industry leaders — supported by experts in entrepreneurship, engineering, regulation, and clinical practice. 💡 This is not theory. It’s a needs-driven, evidence-based sprint focused on real impact. 🔍 What you’ll do • Work on real cases from hospitals, insurers, and industry partners • Conduct user interviews, rapid validation, and prototyping • Learn commercialization and regulatory thinking from day one • Receive daily coaching from experts and practitioners • Pitch your solution to a jury of industry leaders, investors, and clinicians 🌍 Why join? • Build a strong cross-university HealthTech network • Gain hands-on experience at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business • Compete in mixed teams evaluated on evidence quality, commercial viability, and stakeholder commitment • Win cash prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams 👥 Who can apply?
